Choice of Law & General Provisions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Butler County, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the JOY Ministries Website. You agree to waive jurisdiction or venue in any other place. Use of the JOY Ministries Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms of Use, including without limitation this paragraph.
Caveat for International Users: This Website is controlled, operated and administered by JOY Ministries from its offices within the United States of America. JOY Ministries makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. If you access this Website from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms of Use of use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and JOY Ministries as a result of this agreement or use of the JOY Ministries Website. JOY Ministries’ performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of JOY Ministries’ right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the JOY Ministries Website or information provided to or gathered by JOY Ministries with respect to such use.
